Charleston Fishing and Hunting Rates
Fly/spin inshore
Come out with us and enjoy a day of fly fishing or light tackle fishing. No matter your experience level, we will provide you with the knowledge and tools to get it done. Normally we target the red fish by using 8wt rod and reels or spin gear. We like to use fly patterns or artificial bait resembling shrimp, crabs, and small baitfish. If we are tossing bait, we use shrimp, crabs, or mud minnows. Bring your own gear if you are more comfortable with it or let us provide it for you.

Hunting trips
Marsh hen hunting is a lot like quail hunting but on a skiff. The birds like to fly low and slow and provide a great wing shooting experience. The season usually starts in September and lasts till December.
Experience duck hunting across the diverse coastal habitats of Charleston, where every hunt is tailored to the conditions, the season, and the birds. We offer a dynamic, multi-style approach to waterfowl hunting that gives you the best possible opportunity to stay on ducks throughout the season.
Our classic Lowcountry experience takes place in the shallow backwater marshes aboard a technical skiff with a blind. These hunts we navigate winding creeks and grass flats targeting species like buffleheads, hooded mergansers, teal, gadwall, wigeon, and mottled ducks. It’s an unforgettable way to hunt, with birds working low over the spartina and action happening up close.
For those looking to chase larger rafts of birds, we also run hunts 1–2 miles offshore from a larger, seaworthy boat. These coastal hunts put you on sea ducks and diver ducks such as surf scoters, scaup, bufflehead, and redheads, offering a completely different experience with open water shooting and big groups of birds trading along the coastline.
Whether you’re poling through flooded grass in a skiff, setting up on open water, our goal is simple: put you in the right place at the right time for an authentic and successful Charleston duck hunt. Guided by local knowledge and a deep understanding of the tides, weather, and bird movement, every trip is built to deliver a true Lowcountry waterfowl experience.

fossil Hunting trips
Charleston has some amazing treasures for us to find. If you like combing the beach or marsh islands for shark teeth, let us take you out on the skiff fossil hunting. We have spots where you can find some of the best megalodon, great white, extinct mako teeth and much more. Often times we stumble across the bones and teeth of other animals like dolphin, whales, turtles, giant sloths, and mammoths.
